If it's Tembo and Greenstone again, then yes I see them putting money in at $3.50 or higher.
If there are new players, who bring something else to the table, then I see the financing being done at a discount. Likely somewhere between $3.00 and $3.25.
If you look at the recent OCO placement it was done at a discount to market and I don't see why Marimaca would be any different.
My preference would be to do the financing at the lower price and bring in some new blood to the play. Greenstone and Tembo and the core group of long term investors hogging all the shares has killed liquidity and stiffled share appreciation. Let someone else get some skin in the game and help us get our story out there.
