RE:Caveat Emptor. I agree. These are the NEWNOTE crew. Not one credible board member involved with this company. All 3 members past companies ended in CTO/ Cease Trade Order. The LOI news turned out to be bunk. Costs money to keep a public company in compliance. These guys are running on fumes.
