Best Case vs Worst Case

Best Case vs Worst Case

 Best case:

1. Exploitation permit is granted. Large company comes in and buys out Gold Quest at $3.00 to $12.00 a share. Immediately cashing out for all share holders and we all pat each other on the back.

2. Exploitation permit is granted. Large company comes in and partners up with Gold Quest and EIR has a negative impact declaration (no environmental impact or limited concerns). Mine construction ocurrs and a gradual climb begins to $60 a share over the next 5 years.

Worst Case:

1. The permit is not issued for Romera  Barrick buys the land holdings of Goldquest for stock options and profit sharing. Share price of Gold Quest immediatley increases to $2.00 with the eventuality that one of the dozen drill sites other than Romero will get an expoitation permit.

2. The Dominican Republic declares all offshore companies enemies of the State and begins purging and patriating all holdings (not likely to happen since this is against the currents administrations policy)

3. Dinosaurs return and make it impossible to mine in the DR.

Conclusions? Have I missed anything or is this stock not a sure thing?
