Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Exercise your rights and voteLike all regions and governments are going to be looking for tax revenue due to all the covid recurring costs. NY Governor Cuomo said he is eyeballing the Cannabis Tax Revenue to offset the Covid cost and destruction of the local economy. Italy expressed the same concerns about Cannabis Tax Revenue.

It will by far off set any recreational gains like it did last quarter. I'm also worried he draws on the 100 million at market dilution he filled without any significant reasons other then what he always says "future expansion".  So much he could have done leading into this election. So many great things Irwin Simon is squandering. As it stands now, we don't have a profitable quarter to look forward too. I hope I'm wrong
