RE:TD downgrade

RE:TD downgradeI highly doubt you will get a price like that but if it occurs you will have alot of competition, 4.20 ish has been bottom twice now and 4.14 once, everytime that occurs fairly large walls come in on the buy side and nothing has changed financially for the last 6-8 flu months really, government assistance etc. TD and their peers with their captain obvious up and down grades are virtually comical and they should all read like this "we here at TD havent a fvcking clue what's going to happen in this sh1tshow of a world we live in anymore then you do, therefore we arent going to comment at this time" but of course NOPE like the government and the media and the medical "professionals" they continue to think they know what's going on. Jmo. I think 4.20's is a gift personally, it's even better because I sold almost all for 4.70 and now reloaded in 4.20's again. ....

TD Investment Conclusion We believe that Morguard's portfolio will likely continue to be one of the most severely impacted by COVID-19 and weakness in the oil-dependent regions given its outsized exposure to enclosed malls and Calgary office. At this point, we do not see any meaningful near-term catalysts that would help close the valuation gap versus its peers. We are maintaining our HOLD recommendation but lowering our target price to $5.00.

Will buy 3.5- 3.6 price range
