RE:RE:RE:TD downgrade

RE:RE:RE:TD downgradeLet me offer up another opinion, when TD or any other analyst offers up a downgrade what they are looking to do is BUY not HOLD or SELL they can create a perfect storm to buy shares at the bottom while everyone else wants to unload then change their rating in a couple months, its money we are talking about recognize the snakes in the grass, even sites such as this have bashers who are looking to buy and have nothing but bad to say, why do they waste their time? Because they want in. Personally I think analysts should have a blackout period to buy after they release a downgrade and a blackout period to sell after an upgrade, if that were the case I bet you would rarely see upgrades and downgrades. They have carte blanche to move a stock whatever direction they want and the world we live in is completely agenda driven. Think about it, they say downgrade and you buy on the drop just like they do. Cheers!
