Cobalt mining in the DRC is often wrong. They should both be cleaned up, regulated. You want to destabilize regions in the us by fracking, go ahead, but it's a bad idea over time, somehting the instant gratification crowd doesn;t appreciate. Banning fracking will not shut down the oil and gas industry, lmao. How about the GULF? And Texas? Linking the two is convenient for whatever political arguement you might be trying to support, but it makes little common sense; kinda like the amercian commander.
