RE:Covid Aint Going Away Anytime Soon . Chile appears to be the first of number of outstanding LOI's to DA transition for HLTH, and as noted in the last NR;

This contract for Chile is one of the regions we are partnering with for the South American market, with announcements for Guatemala and others to follow."

IMHO the fallout of the current HLTH share price in the last few days of trading will be short lived, and wouldn't be selling shares that readily.
