You are clearly wrong. I bought more in $4.30s yesterday knowing that I am not necessarily catching it on an upswing. When discussing champagne, I don't like Koolaid, regardless of the flavor. Why don't you be a man of integrity and state where my interpretation of the debenture is incorrect, or whether it is more incorrect than the one suggesting that the number of shares issued is related to the stock price? Let's go, show that my views are inconsistent with facts....on any of the boards. Yes, if I hold a stock and am concerned about the performance, I will state so. I will face a basher with facts, I will face a pumper with facts. Clearly you have an issue with that, and that says something about you and you know how I view your opinions.
