Yep you're right, as long that it's not in an official PR, nothing is guaranteed.... Just like the numbers thrown out here, $10, $20, 50$ by year end, we're far from there and I don't believe those pumpers!! Lots of talking and writing.... We will need contracts, lot of them, to reach these numbers, not the CSA approval will bring SP to the next level.
