RE:2 seperate non tradableVentura Cannabis is tradeable right now. It has traded today. I guess quotations on the pink sheets will be available soon like you say. A shell company with 38 millions o/s shares quoted on the Pinks is a very, very tradeable stock in the U.S. market. This is a ploy to shake off the creditors and at the same time keep the shareholders. An OTC listing is not far down the road imho. A marketmaker is all that is needed to be approved by the NASD. I have gone down this route as a CEO in the past and successfully got listed or unlisted and been approved. A marketmaker is the KEY!
