RE:Nice volume.....Why would someone buy warrants which have a strike at 50 cents? The logic must be that RECO strikes it big in Namibia, and that takes ROE all the way to 50 cents on its coat tails. 

At 50 cents, that would be an implied market cap of C$160 million for ROE. If you assume that ROE is going to move 10% of what RECO will, that implies RECO will have a valuation of C$1.6 billion.

Does it all hold together?  Yes, but only if you believe that RECO strikes it big in Namibia with oil.
