RE:RE:D’autres licenciements à venir chez Bombardier
...could you please send me a link to any of those reports...becuase what I have heard is that people are talking about a take-over offer proposal of at at least $2.00/share in the near future for the Aviation business...
...rationale is probably: based on the latest financials post transportion exit, there would be ~$6.5B of net debt....but that is before $4Billion of net cash they will receive from Alstom...so final wash ~$2.5Billion net debt.... but there is currently ZERO intangibles on balance sheet... ~$6Billion locked-up in inventory & cash alone....
...so, question is probably what the value is of the Bombardier name/Global series/Learjet etc....word is via a synergistic acqusition over $4 Billion alone...so the question is probably who would crystallise the most synergies if they acquire Bombardier aviation & merged it with their current aviation business model...
...but the Tier I analyst reports I am looking at has a avaition EV target of $5-7 Billion....so with only $2.5Billion net debt post transport exit....that equates to ~$3-4Billion in equity value....do the maths...in CAD$/share....
...anyway...my two cents....and please remember to send me the link of those 'analysts reports' saying that it is going bankrupt... probably people trying to accumulate more before the M&A oofer.... becuase I have asked all of my Tiet 1 investment banking friends...and everyone says: BUY....
