TGOD Spinco

If anyone else is interested in what the Spinco shares are doing, here is a response I got from the CEO of Hemp Fusion today:

Thanks for writing in to HempFusion.

For SpinCo/TGOD A, and HempFusion, the two companies are completely separate.

We are reviewing a number of investment opportunities right now, and may look to invest into HempFusion’s IPO, but we haven’t made any final decisions. We will issue a press release as soon as a decision has been finalized.

We plan to distribute shares in the company/companies we invest in, directly to SpinCo shareholders.
