Nowhere does it say that he gave Dr. Saied 50% of Torion. No one knows the percentages until it's released... for all we know Rob could have brokered a deal with nanoComposix for the manufacturing rights instead of paying them. Could nanoComposix being a part owner of Torion and also an American company help with FDA approval? All we can do now is wait for the next NR and hopefully it will answer more questions then it creates.
