Smartcentre vs RioCan

Smartcentre vs RioCanI have a question for the people has a better understanding about this two I was used to be in Brookfield. Made my money in the recent run-up and looking for a new target. So far my allocation is 90% SRU and 10% REI. In your honest opinion. Is it safe to bump up RioCan to a higher allocation? It is basically a mini BPY without the BAM support which is frightening.
