RE:RE:What’s behind Fridays move?Yah that's not how mutations work.  Theres no way for any of these companies to predict which mutation will occur.  When IMV created there epitope profile the virus had not yet mutated.  So it doesn't matter how many epitopes IMV targeted at the time prior to mutation.

So it's more about after each mutation which vaccine will still be effective.  If this virus has high mutagenesis then we may see companies copnstantly updating their epitopes (vaccine targets) each year.
