RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Smartcentre vs RioCanI understand the implications between lease rates. Like I said . The only reason I am heavier on SRU is the safety aspects of it. Having Walmart paying a large chunk of rent makes me breathe easier. Especially because it is an essential business in case of another lockdown. I am very interested in RioCan. That's why I posted in here. Thinking about going in 50/50 with SRU. Got out from BPY. Only have preferred shares left so I need a new target.
