Spoke to Halleran today :)Very pleased and glad to have him taking TCF to the next level.Hoping to get approx. $20 million to put the wheels in motion.Should be no dilution to shareholders and hopefully news will pop us to new highs and more toward fair value...which is multiples above a dime!
