Zenabis CEO dismisses Trump Jr’s claim as absurd Zenabis' chief executive officer has dismissed suggestions that the timing of the Delta sale was delayed until after the election, in a bid to deny Donald Trump any electoral boost.
Shai Altman, the CEO of the Vancouver-based Zenabis, told CNBC on Monday that his company was “not working with the election as a timeline” and that they always planned to rely on the “speed of real-estate.”
The sale of Delta is expected to be finalized this week.
That's odd - the property is still listed as available. hmmm
Well, assuming they accept a $7,500,000 offer (if they get one) - they'll have to deduct::
- Commission $ 375,000
- Builder's Lien 792,500
- Short Term loan 7,000,000
Total: $ 8,167,500
for a net loss of approx. $ 667,500.
Oh well - no more Delta property tax, good job Shai (Octopus) Altman!
