What happened?

What happened? This taken from Duane Nelson's Linkedin profile

Mr. Nelson was the CEO and founder of Mineworx Technologies, Inc.,The Company developed a proprietary new, portable heavy metal extraction processing system which recycles over 95% of its process water and operates with a minimal environmental footprint.

Now if you can not do a deal with the company you founded, what chance is there of doing a deal with Jabil or anyone else. Maybe time to put on big boy pants, and sign the DA with the company that you founded. Very disappointing. Am I the only shareholder of both companies that wants to know WTF happened? Wasn't even their core business focus. How hard was it not to sign a DA? Sister companies for heaven's sake. glta
