Care to explain what you meant by "freedoms being taken away" in that statement?

I certainly hope the context isn't referring to a Curcuit Breaker Lockdown Sitting on your Couch for a Short period of time as opposed to being in a real MilitaryTheatre of War.

Hope that's not what the context was meaning because a Sense of Entitlement doesn't make up for lives lost in any way whether in war or a pandemic. People and businesses will get through this period of time and mark history in years forward that we will all remember.
Good luck to all

My statement was in fact that people like my Grandfather fought against governments that attempted to control people.. and yes, that includes using 'Emergnecy' measures. Guess how Hitler started his control? an emergnecy... and North Korea.. they are in a continous emergency so the 'great leader' needs to stay in power to help his people.

No one is going to convince that it is OK to take away someones freedom and thier right to provide for thier families because of a neverending emergency.

In March, it was an emergency. It is no longer an emergency by any stretch of the imagination. In fact, thier is ZERO excess death in Canada. The same number of people expected to die and have died this year so far.

At the end of the day, every court case in a western free nation has agreed with me, and many governments are stalling active cases because they dont want to lose the power.
