GS...no one knows what 'effective price/gram" that EVE might get from their "share" of converting the old, potency reduced MJ with NextLeaf. 

If the price/gm was better than regular retail, everyone would be growing MJ to convert to distillate with NextLeaf. BUT, old reduced potency MJ converted to distillate with any profit "shared" means the price per gram equivilent received by EVE will be MUCH LOWER than EVE's regular average "retail price" that the 5 tons has been valued at in EVE's books. 

HENCE, a HUGE Writedown coming when this shioment to NextLeaf occurs.
