now the positive news is that RioCan still has contracts. As Sonshine said, the ONLY way that a tenant can get out of paying rent, is bankruptcy OR an approved abatement. So I still think if we have a 2-3 month lockdown or lockdown like policies, many companies whether they will get CERS or not, will just fork over the money as they don't want to go into bankruptcy over the last three months of hardship that we now know will be coming to end. Pfizer can produce 50M dosage per year. 25M has been reserved for Americans. Unless other companies can produce at much higher rate. COVID is not going anywhere for few more years.

Trump can say what he wants but you need to look at what Pfizer is stating.,
