Nobody knows what it'll be until we see details of contract/leasing for client A. If it is actually a full size leasing contract it could be 10,00 on the same day it's announced. If it's another 4 torches then it might barely hit 4.00.

nobody knows obviously, so why do you people waste time on here worrying about it?

they either get a big contract or they don't. You should all take time off from message boards until it happens. Much healthier
