RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Pointing out the obviousAnother consideration is that since they all took pay cuts this year, they are paying themselves in 2020 while crystallizing some gains in a year where their marginal tax is lower. I have no issues with the bought deal as we still have significant insider ownership and funds to grow and take AT to the next level. All of the big players do this in their early days, and as already mentioned, I see this as a strong signal from institutional. TTD now only has approx 5% overall insider ownership (i.e. Jeff Green, the CEO, has been selling all the way up and has his own ASDP), while the majority of TTD is now owned by institutional. Very exicited to see what they do next...long and strong! GLTA!
