maybe when they change the verbiage to 'Are Testing' or 'Have tested' versus 'will test, will seek' the market will react accordingly, until then well you can see the markets reaction loud and clear

At no point have they stated definitvely that they are in fact testing anything or have applied to FDA/HC...just projections and if you are good will that then so be it...obviously the market isnt
