Ya, that's the case. My memory of events was incorrect, it happened in 2009. It took only 15 hours to get guilty verdict of First Degree Murder on only it seems evidence of a "broken tail light"??? on a used car???? that was in the bottom of the locks???
Why would some report an "accident" to a car if they used it to "ram" the other car into the locks? And wouldn't there be more damage than just a broken tail light?
