anybody see a potential partnership here? There graphite anode has performed better than the Asians who are tops in class. Wondering if there's an opportunity for a tesla factory in Quebec given they just committed 7.2 billion dollars to the green sector and will banned the sale of non commercial vehicles by 2035. Just looking for opinions.
