P.S. Great detective work with the word "prevaricating" That was indeed the word the poster was looking for but misspelled. I hadn't quite got to my Webster's to check it out. You saved me the time.

Must go. Life is demanding for the GSI market-maker.  I'm going to try and get it back to .75 before the day is out . ha ha
