seems to me the plan was to halt the stock for no reason, put out a nr that said they didn't know what they were doing and that they fired the only remaining employee who was working for free. so you draw a lot of attention with the halt and then hit the market with......nothing. seems like they are trying to get shareholders to sell and drive the price down. no idea why else you would do what they did
