Where we sit now, (.73), is indeed amenable to a Monday announcement. Maybe the whole game here has been to take some of the stream out of the SP in order to build momentum for a run-up over the next while with a stready stream of news.

Had we been at .99 with Monday announcement it might just have turned out be a case of buy on rumor, sell on news.

If PP goes through in some acceptable form it would give the participants a crack at the open market shares like us.Nothing wrong with that either.

Monday does seems compelling.
