Another thoughtHas anyone ever considered that of all the moving parts in this company, perhaps it was the share price that has gone out of sync most, relative to the other parts; And that Dyment and his market-maker have had to whelm the share price back down to some sort of a proportional relationship before his end game could be put into play?
Nothing takes the steam out of a run-up in the SP more than a lack of news to support it. Maybe the deal has been wrapped up for a while but deliberately withheld, allowing the PP news to gain a more contextual fit with the other positive news updates that will be forthcoming.
Who says the Dyment must announce anything until he determines the timing is right? He is the CEO and that gives him a certain latitude.
