Appears to be a good/smart move - it's not a QEX core property (it's potentially more base metals and Silver)... gets us a total value of almost $500,000 (cash and shares - at today's SP), plus future NSR potential $$, as well as any SP increase if/when Fireweed identifies a strike... the property fits very well into Fireweed's existing identified major hot exploration area; with us it was more of an outlier holding... in essence we get to share in Fireweed's success, or potentially sell our Fireweed shares (after any hold period).  I view this as a smart move by the board and senior management - it starts to get us some action, value, and potential out of one of our properties. - I believe these are the types of moves that will help QEX start to move ahead, (this is small, but a good start) - I think this type of action will start to show the public, potiential shareholders, that this management/board know what they are doing; which in turn will increase the SP over time - i think most people acknowledge our strong core land holdings...     (we're starting on our way)         IMHO                DYODD
