Why not put half your portfolio in CZO given your judgement of the business as de-risked and that you compare the risk of inflation as higher and think the BG pill has a very good chance with PGX also lined up? The insiders already have large positions and options. There is more than one stock to invest in. Many are close to retirement and you don't want to mess your retirement savings up. Everyone has their own preference for risk. Many will prefer to sleep soundly at night than engage in financial adventurism.
I won't aruge all your points. How can Ceapro expect investors to buy into the story if insiders don't buy into in the story. A sure sign is buying shares in the public markets.
There are at least 2 insiders that are at a min. 10 years from retirement. I'm not asking insiders to put 1/2 of their portfolio into buying shares in the public markets so you shouldnt ask me either. 50K shares at an average price say of .40 is $20K. Lots of time to have done this in the past few years. I'm certain that a lot of us here have bought more than this $ amount this year and likely in previous years as well. If I had insider knowledge or confidence of day to day operations. the likelihood of a PGX deal by year end, the status of the inhalable thereapeutic, and all the other products in the pipeline, I would likely be buying more shares.
