In an email correspondence with Doug yesterday, there is no indication from the group that the financing will not close by Dec.1.
While one would have to admit this has been a mess and that all wr can do is speculate why, I believe it will go through by Dec.30 which is the GSI quartet end.

While I have suffeted and speculated with everyone on this deal, some things are out of our control and will stay with Doug.
