RE:Points to considerIn an email correspondence with Doug yesterday, there is no indication from the group that the financing will not close by Dec.1.
While one would have to admit this has been a mess and that all wr can do is speculate why, I believe it will go through by Dec.30 which is the GSI quartet end.

While I have suffeted and speculated with everyone on this deal, some things are out of our control and will stay with Doug.
