Ya I'm not sure that your looking at that right. 

"After adjusting for inventory impairment, the increase in production cost for three months ended September 30, 2020, compared to the same period of the prior year, was $1.8 million, mainly as a result of higher costs associated with the scaling up of the Kincardine and Langley facilities and an increase in third party cannabis purchases."

so of that 14mil in op expenses - 8mil was impairment cost of inventory added in.

Only 6mil was actual ops cost - 

I'm not sure how much cannabis they bought - or for what input (do they buy for input in oils!??) or was all 3mil sold in the quarter? Maybe only 30% was. 

but beena said in q1 conference call that craft collective was a small percentage of their sales but growing. 

I think it's closer to 1mil in sales and not 4. maybe you should email Craig at IR and get clarification. 

either way - produce to demand and every sale should be a profitable one.
