Debs

Debs
Now we know why insiders picked up lots of the 5.5% deb in the low 80ies
if all completes by dec 15th there is plenty of room on the C/L to take out the 16 million  5.5% debs for year end
Then just the 28 mil debs at 8%
they will become the immediate priority to pay out (although not due until dec 31st 2022)
they can redeem them after dec 31st this year or back to purchasing at a market discount when the restriction is lifted my preference is buy back and retire at a discount while they can
they will have creidit at 2-3 percent or market rate as announced
so makes sense to eliminate the 8% er debs asap
