Taseko Mines Limited is a Canada-based copper focused mining company. The Company's principal assets are the 100% owned Gibraltar mine (Gibraltar), which is located in central British Columbia and is one of the largest copper mines in North America and the Florence Copper project, which is under construction. The Company also owns the Yellowhead copper, New Prosperity gold-copper, and Aley niobium projects. The Florence Copper project is located south of Phoenix in the community of Florence, Arizona. The Yellowhead Project is located in the Thompson-Nicola region of British Columbia, approximately 150 kilometers (km) northeast of Kamloops near the town of Vavenby. The Aley niobium project is located in northeast British Columbia. The New Prosperity property is located in south-central British Columbia and hosts one of the most significant copper and gold deposits in Canada. It is also located in an area of cultural significance to the Tsilhqot'in Nation, known as Teztan Biny and Nabas.

NF, they sold at a 16% discount to market, (us .99 at close we'd) (or 20% depending which way your going) .83 us. Take another 6% off that for the finder's fee and actual price received is .78 USD per share. Float prior was 247,290,000 ish. They sold 31912500 shares at .78 Which represents 13% increase in float. On wed market cap is 244,817,100 USD. They sold 13% for net proceeds of 24,898,133 (they sold 13% of the company for 10% valuation of the float) The next day the market corrected to reflect this new valuation, so on Thursday the market cap was 231,736,000. Today, in USD, that is now worth 249488000 to 262448000 (.89-.94) Which looks far better, thanks to copper. KW
