DIabetes montoriing by laser eye scan? Scans to pick up cardiogram irregularities. Scans to sense possible biological threats in the air or fluid samples. Real time scans to use facial recognition for criminals, terrorists, etc. All in real time with a pre set facial recognition data base.

Cities and government agencies would pay for that.
