Well said Equity4. Though many of us have our doubts about the end result of this PP, the fact remains that any material changes must be disclosed. That has not happened, therefore we should expect the deal to close by tomorrow. Regardless of this fact, I have no doubt Doug's inbox is filling up as we speak.
