A secondary sale is when an existing shareholder sells some or all of their existing shares in order to put cash into the pockets of the investor.   

This is in contrast to a primary or treasury offering, when it is the company selling new shares in order to raise money for the company. 

So can you please explain to me how a secondary sale, as you call it, would reduce the debt outstanding on GDNP's balance sheet ?
