You're right on the money. The communication has left a lot to be desired and evidenced by the sentiment in the BB, there is little to no faith in the company to meet deadlines in the future. The first deadline miss was forgivable however the November 3 deadline being pushed back 3 days should have meant this deal was DONE! Instead we've been sitting on the sidelines watching our investment drop considerably each day while the market is hitting all time highs. Today's missed deadline needs an explanation, anything less is unacceptable.
