If we look back to the last PP at $0.14 the stock price did hang around there for a while, but that issue was also done at around $0.14 (ish).  Imagine how those investors feel today!

Shortly after it closed, along with the debt closure, the preview of results, and the Flax for life deal the stock price took off.

I'm going to say a PP will be priced around $0.53, with warrants in the $0.70's.  The question is how much, and is it tied to something else?
