And as DOUGY stated ( not me ) he was going to use the financing money to "accelerate" the ITSS system ( his worde not mine ).

So obviously without this financing money now ... then there will be no more "accelerating " the speed of how things were going to be happening ( as anyone with even a partial brain can see and understand ) ... so as I previously stated ... we will see where the share price goes now that we are in "tax-loss selling season " with a lot of previous shareholders buying in up towards the $1.00 range ( with the share price now in the low .60's ) ... along with GSI's upcoming financials at the end of the month .

But don't worry about it buddy as you are far from being alone on this bullboard when it comes to understanding the "facts" and being able to deal with them accordingly !!!

DOUGY knew what he was going to use the money for .... as seen in his previous news announcement when he announced the financing . Pretty simple for "most " to understand !!!

Absolutely you come across as bashing! I bought in at 0.24 cents this year.....thats over 150% in less than 6 months..... What returns constitute more than a snail's pace to you?
