Not ripping NextLeaf but just because Charles told you something does not make it true.   He has an agenda to maintain and leading you to think a certain way after the conversation doesn't require lying, but sometimes they do mislead.   If they didn't mislead NL would be $1 by now, but it isn't $1 for what ever reason so I wouldn't take their word as gospel at this point.

the company wins if the patent profile has money making patents, otherwise NL will just be another off the shelf extractor.
