Pace of  acqusitions have been slow what is the plan?

GC- they have a full pipeline of acquisitions and should have an active 2021

How is your organic growth looking?

2019 they had organic growth of 9.6% and are looking to outpace that this year. 

What are your plans for a tier 1 listing?

Just recently received DTC eligibility a few months ago with OTC listing. Believe they are in a good position to obtain a tier 1 listing in the US in 2021.
