I'm not sure when they said no dividend cut, but they certainly said 'ample liquidity' as recently as the Q3 results. I don't think ample liquidity is consistent with a 33% distribution cut. Particularly surprising when we now know there is a vaccine that works, and will be rolled out over the next six months.

This stock is up 23% since the vaccine news...how much of that does it give back tomorrow? And do the other REITs go down with it???
