Hummmmmm,,,me thinks a CVR is what DMcC was alluding to when he has chatted on a deal,,,,seemingly little to nothing from the partner if BoM2 fails,,which we have been somewhat good at,,,,,,,of interest to me is if there is a deal with some cash left over,,what the company would do with it.....hopefully not sit back and watch the partner,,but based on history time meeans nothing to this management team,,,,they just get fatter with time and are well aware of that synergy within,,,,jmo
