Paul Ogilvie

Paul OgilvieI can't speak to anything for December even though I was under the impression that something was going on.  I can tell everyone that the ASC proceeding dates are April 22, 23, 26, 27 2021.

Location:  This hearing will proceed remotely by videoconference. Any member of the public or media wishing to hear the proceeding may email that request to the ASC Registrar at registrar@asc.ca. The request should include the person’s name and contact information and the name of the hearing (Saint Jean Carbon Inc.). Every effort will be made to contact the person with the information on how to hear the proceeding. Those hearing the proceeding will be on a muted line, so will not be able to participate. As witnesses are typically excluded from the proceeding until after they have testified, prospective witnesses in this matter are asked to refrain from listening to the proceeding until their testimony is complete. Under section 11.3(b) of ASC Rule 15-501 Rules of Practice and Procedure for Commission Proceedings, recording by members of the public or media is not allowed without leave of the panel conducting the hearing.
